Velocity Average

Velocity is the metric representing the amount of Product Backlog effort turned into a releasable Increment of product during an Iteration (i.e. Sprint) by an Agile Team (i.e. Scrum Team). The velocity average KPI will provide useful information about the amount of work an Agile Team can complete for a single Sprint. Velocity average should tend to a constant number with the pass of the iterations.
